Care: Do not use chemicals or abrasives for cleaning, wash with mild soap and use the soft side of the sponge, then dry with a soft cloth.

Resin Area: Avoid contact with sharp objects, and with surfaces that are too hot, keep away from intense heat, direct sunlight. Avoid knocking.

We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers, offering products in addition to beauty and elegance, quality and partnerships with excellent suppliers. It is important to note that exchanges and returns will only be made as long as the conditions specified here are respected:

Only the order holder can make the request;

The deadline for giving up or exchanging your purchase is 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product (Article 49 - Consumer Protection Code);

Before sending the product, contact our service team via phone or email, to start the reverse logistics process;

All products sent to Lu Rodrigues Designer, due to defects, will undergo a technical analysis to check if there are any manufacturing defects. If we find that the product does not contain a malfunction, or contains signs of misuse, the exchange will not be carried out and the product will be sent back to the customer, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of withdrawal or exchange of the product the following conditions must be observed:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, and must not show any indication of use;

After receiving the returned product, it undergoes a technical analysis. If there is no indication of misuse, the refund or exchange will be made to the customer within 10 working days;

Products returned without such communication or after the deadline will be resent without prior consultation, and the costs will be borne by the customer.

Restitution of values:

If the payment method chosen was the bank payment slip, we will refund the amount through a refund in the current account of the holder of the purchase within 10 working days;

For purchases made with a credit card, the refund of the total amount will occur through a chargeback within 10 working days. If your invoice closes before that, the chargeback will come on the next invoice. Consult your credit card company to find out how the chargeback will be issued on your invoice;

We will not accept third party accounts.

Important:

We recommend that you open the package in the presence of the delivery person, and if any divergence is found, refuse to receive it and contact us immediately;

The products have different batches (wood, paints and inputs in general), in addition to being made manually and handcrafted with this, if a second purchase of the same product is made, there may be differences in shades and general aspect of the piece. We are not responsible for this type of exchange. Recalling that the product may present a different shade from the one seen on the monitor;

The product that does not meet the conditions required above, will not be accepted as a return, and will be sent to the original address. Under these conditions, Lu Rodrigues Designer will not be responsible for the exchange or return, and will reserve the right to collect the freight.
